Happiness is attending a book launch of a
foodie.
I love attending book launches where I
get to meet authors and writers. We get to co-ordinate with like-minded people;
some excerpts are read from a book and then buying an autographed copy.
But attending a book launch of a foodie
is completely different. Here there are no excerpts read, but there is an
actual demonstration of the recipes listed in the book.
I was happy to attend the book launch of
celebrity Masterchef Kunal Kapur at the glittering 5-star Leela in Mumbai. The
book seems interesting and has recipes from all over the world. He demonstrated
tomato bruschetta and prawn moilee, which was followed by exotic buffet lunch
An autograph copy of his published
recipe book was an additional brownie point.
So here I am, with the project of ‘100 Happy Days’I
